1. Service Agreement

By using truearces services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services are provided subject to your acceptance of these terms, which may be updated from time to time.

2. Service Authorization

All work performed requires written authorization from the vehicle owner or authorized representative. We will provide estimates for all work exceeding $100 before beginning service.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Returned checks subject to $35 fee
• Accounts over 30 days past due subject to collection

4. Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. Parts are warranted according to manufacturer specifications. Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to accident or misuse
• Modifications made by others
• Consequential damages

5. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the cost of services performed. We are not responsible for personal property left in vehicles or for any consequential damages resulting from service delays.

6. Vehicle Storage

Vehicles left on our premises for more than 30 days after completion of work may be subject to storage fees of $25 per day. Vehicles abandoned for more than 60 days may be disposed of according to state law.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which our business operates.
